Refund policy

For health and hygiene reasons, all opened or used beauty and personal care products are non-returnable.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, shipping package, and shipping label. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is reviewed.

All claims are subject to review and approval. Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund.
